
Last possible upgrade option for all 1-Star and 2-Star plant owners

Hello plant owners 🌱,
once again this blogpost is about the plant upgrade for 1-star and 2-star plant owners, which we announced several times and in detail starting from August 1, 2020 through all of our channels. This is the last chance for a possible upgrade - after that there is no more option.
This does not affect all members with 3-star plants and members from the rooms on the upper floor - Foxtrot, Golf, Hotel, India, Juliet, Kilo and Lima and you can ignore this blog post.
Nevertheless, of course, please forward it to your teams and friends at CannerGrow so that everyone who owns 1-Star and/or 2-Star plants can read about this as soon as possible.
We have given all community members enough time for the upgrade - you now have had over 4 months to decide whether you want to upgrade your plant(s) or not.
3 x 1-star plant (350€) → 1 x 3-star plant (+ 50€ cashback)
2 x 2-star plant (500€) → 1 x 3-star plant
This was either possible for free if you had enough plants to do so or you could buy the upgrade.
With an upgrade you had a price advantage of almost 100€ per upgrade to a 3-star plant compared to the current price.
Reference values for 1-star and 2-star plants (for 2021):
1-star plants: 17.3 grams per plant, calculated additional costs: 14.39e per plant, yield of the customer's harvest per 1-star plant: 5.22 grams of CBD
2-star plants: 24.9 - 26.4 grams per plant (Charlie, Delta, Echo), calculated additional costs: 16.59€ per plant, customer yield per 2-star plant: 8.43 - 9.25g grams of CBD
The 1-star plant owners in Alpha and Bravo can also assume these harvest amounts, because this time we have grown according to the correct cultivation grid for their plant level.
You can find detailed reference values in the previous harvest reports on our blog (Echo, Delta, Charlie).
Please note that in the previous grows the company has taken on a large part of the additional costs for you. We will probably do this for another 1-2 grows, but then no more.
The correct additional costs per plant per grow would have been:
Per 1-star plant: 21€
Per 2-star plant: 24.20€
Calculation of the harvest:
Gross harvest yield minus additional costs = net harvest yield
Net harvest yield divided by two = your distributed harvest yield

Today we offer you the last chance to carry out the upgrade in the back office during the offer period.
We have informed you several times over the last few months and weeks, also several times by email, and everyone should have heard the information about the upgrade several times.
Please forward this message or this blog post to all of your team partners and friends who have plants in the Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta or Echo rooms - this is expressly the last chance for an upgrade - it will never be possible to upgrade again later because we will move all non-premium (1-star / 2-star plants) to a separate room.
Does moving 1-star and / or 2-star plants into a separate room have a negative effect?
No!
We want to keep everything structured and our growers also told us that it would be counterproductive for the 3-star premium plants if we use different cultivation grids in the same room (1-star, 2-star and 3-star plants in the same room).
Counterproductive in the sense that mixing the plant levels with their different cultivation grids (1-star, 2-star and 3-star) could have a negative effect on the yield of our premium 3-star plants.
In the backoffice you will find 3 options:
1) 80% refund of the initial purchase price for all 1-star and / or 2-star plants that you own
2) Upgrade function (either free of charge if there is a sufficient number of plants, see above or it can alos be purchased by bank deposit, Bitcoin or from the balance credit)
3) Moving the 1-star and / or 2-star plants into a separate room, in which we will grow all 1-star and 2-star plants in the future. The current grows are not affected.
If you or your team partner do not select any of the 3 options, option 3 will be selected automatically after the countdown has ended.
We would like to ask you once again to inform all of your team partners and friends of the CannerGrow Community who have plants in Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta or Echo as soon as possible, as unfortunately not everyone in our community follows our blog articles, Telegram posts, Instagram stories or emails.
This is also the last chance for an upgrade or an 80% refund of the initial purchase price for 1-star and 2-star plants.
Please also consider here that 1-star and 2-star plants can’t be sold in the CannerGrow Community Marketplace.

First Echo Room Harvest & Important information about the optional upgrade

Hello plant owners 🌱,
We are happy to announce that the first harvest of the Echo Rom has been a success and has been booked into your dashboard.
The following information is important, especially for plant owners of the rooms Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta & Echo:
This is not only the first harvest from the Echo room, but also the first harvest from a grow room with different plant levels - with 2 star and 3 star plants.
In the last two harvests, which we announced to you here in the blog (Alpha and Bravo), the 1-star plants were grown in the cultivation grid like our 3-star premium plants. This was possible because more than half of the plants in the Alpha and Bravo rooms belong to the company - so we were able to remove the majority of the plants for test purposes and only plant the customers' plants in order to achieve the perfect conditions (and distances) for the 3-Star premium plant. Thus, every owner in these two rooms received yields as with a 3-Star premium plant out of goodwill and gratitude for the early entry and trust in us as a company, which was also clearly reflected in the yields.

Therefore, as well as due to a community request, we introduced the optional plant upgrade on August 1st, 2020, with which you could and can upgrade 1-star and 2-star plants to 3-star plants, also upgradable via bank transfer or Bitcoin if you don't own enough plants to upgrade for free.
Since we started growing in the grow-rooms Echo, Delta and Charlie, we have been growing all plants according to their price level. This will now also take place in the upcoming Grow in the Alpha and Bravo grow rooms.

The entire Cannerald team is pleased to be able to successfully offer our customers the first harvest of the Echo room - the harvest has just been booked in your dashboard. On average, each 3-star plant produced 53 grams, each 2-star plant 24.9 grams.
We accommodated you with the ancillary costs and we will also do it so 2-3 grows more until we are satisfied with the optimization of the grows. Customers were charged 24€ additional costs per 3-star plant and 16.59€ additional costs per 2-star plant. So you get 20.64 grams of CBD credited for each 3-star plant, and 8.43 grams of CBD for each 2-star plant. Furthermore, upgrading the plants is optional, but we again expressly recommend it to each of our customers, as this does not result in any disadvantages, only advantages, as we openly communicated to you when the upgrade function was introduced.
The upgrade does not affect plant owners from the rooms in the upper floor - Foxtrot, Golf, Hotel, India and Juliet - these are all 3-star premium plants!

FAQ and Important CannerGrow Information – November 2020

1) Harvest of the current rooms:
Delta - 25th November 2020
Charlie - 13th December, 2020
2) CBD distribution of the current rooms:
Echo - 24th November 2020
Delta - 17th December 2020
Charlie - 4th January 2021
3) Approximate start of the upcoming grows in the basement - can vary 1-2 days, but should be as follows:
Echo - 23rd November 2020
Alpha - 30th November 2020
Bravo - 9th December, 2020
Delta - 11th December 2020
Charlie - 21st December 2020
The approximate harvest time of these rooms can also vary a few days in order to achieve the best possible cannabis quality:
Echo - 23rd February 2021
Alpha - 2nd March 2021
Bravo - 11th March 2021
Delta - 13th March 2021
Charlie - 23rd March 2021
The harvest is distributed around 21 days after the harvest time.
We need 2 weeks for drying and 1 week for trimming and setting it up for shipping.
4) When do the rooms on the upper floor start?
Due to the gigantic size of the project and the cooperation with over 10 construction companies, the planned start is approximately as follows:
Foxtrot - February 2021
Golf - March 2021
Hotel - Beginning / Middle of Q2 2021
India - End of Q2 2021
Juliet - End of Q2 2021
As soon as we receive more information about the start of the growth from Hotel, India and Juliet in the course of the construction process, we will also announce this.
5) When will the Cannerald Shop launch in the EU?
January 2021 - is now final!
6) Why do we attach so much importance to community building and why do we go this route with the sale of plants through the community instead of through large investors?
We still have a lot to do and want to push ahead with the legalization of CBD (in the first step) and cannabis. Later on, we will do and provide some educational work and share the background of the positive benefits of cannabis. The more people learn about this and participate, the better for every person who is in the cannabis / CBD area and deals with it.
This has personal backgrounds, including the history of one of our co-founders, Mr. Levin Amweg, who had to give up his racing career due to a serious accident and this resulted in the foundation of Cannerald and CannerGrow.

7) When does the CannerGrow Community Marketplace launch?
The marketplace will be released this week.
Every community member who owns at least 1 plant can access the marketplace.
Here are a few details:
- only 3-star plants can be sold or bought
- the plants must have completed 3 grow cycles
- everyone can decide the selling price themselves
- the purchase / sale takes place between buyer and seller (private sale)
- there are no direct commissions for the upline, as the plants have already been commissioned and it is a private sale
- the current harvest commissions are paid to the upline of the new owner
- if someone puts their plant(s) in the marketplace, the harvest for the current grow cycle in which they are will not be distributed
- payable by bitcoin or bank transaction, the seller decides whether he/she accepts only one of the 2 payment options or both, this is easy to see in the marketplace
- both seller and buyer have to be verified at level 2 for bank transactions, not for Bitcoin transactions
- you can currently put in a maximum of 1 plant at a time in the test phase, later as soon as everything is running successfully - unlimited
8) More transparency in the grow starts and phases:
You can see the current data above, these are also already shared in the back office.
In addition, you can see the current data for the rooms that have not yet started and are in the planning or construction phase in the back office in the “Status” -> “Locations” tab. Also under “Status” → “Cultivation”.
9) When is it possible to have the harvests delivered in the EU?
We are currently still working on the logistics and think that this can start smoothly for all harvests from Q2 2021, but this also depends on the EU.
10) Why are there currently no possible visitor appointments at Cannerald in the facility?
Due to the current situation in Corona, we, the management, have decided that all upcoming visitor appointments will be canceled for the time being.
All those who have booked appointments for the next few weeks will get 100% of their paid amount credited back to their CannerGrow Balance account tonight.
Unfortunately, we had to take this step to protect our employees as well as the community - because in the event of an infection / contact with a person who has Corona, this could have an impact, whereby we would have to close our company for up to 2 weeks - which would not be fatal.
In addition, it would be irresponsible if our growers got sick and had to go into quarantine for several weeks, since a visitor who tested positive had contact with us / our employees, who are also in the system during visitor appointments and work.
It would also be a worst-case scenario if construction workers who are currently carrying out construction work in Alpha, Bravo, in the corridor as well as in the mother room would be infected or quarantined because of someone who tested positive and who was on a tour and thus the construction work would not continue - which are essential for the GMP acceptance.
Everyone who knows our team knows that we have to take this step to protect our company, as well as you as plant owner - because an interruption would be fatal. We are more than sorry for this, as we stand for 100% transparency and the visitor appointments were an important part of getting to know the community.
As soon as the situation calms down, we look forward to meeting you all back in our Cannabis Facility and also we’re planning a Meet and Greet Event once the situation calmed down!
11) Will your company ever manufacture cannabis textiles?
No, we are in the cannabis premium segment and will not have any textiles made from our cannabis plants.
12) Will there be an iOS app?
Yes, definitely. An iOS app will launch in Q1 / Q2 2021, our Android app will also be optimized in Q1 / Q2 2021 and even more functions will be implemented!
13) I have interested parties who would like to purchase CBD from you - who can I contact?
We currently only sell above a certain volume. There will be a possibility for this soon (Q1 / Q2 2021), but there are no commissions for sales partners.
We already have good contacts in the CBD area and sell our harvests ourselves, thanks anyway for the nice request and attempted help.
14) I have questions about CannerGrow, is there a telephone hotline?
No, and this is also planned. Please contact your sponsors or read the information on the website. If you still have further questions, please feel free to contact our fast answering support.
15) Are there discounts in the shop / upcoming EU shop for community members who own at least 1 plant?
Currently no, but an update will come in Q1 / Q2 2021, in which you can exchange your CBD for our products at a special price.
16) I have questions about the tax of commissions and distribution of sold harvests, who can I contact?
We are not allowed to provide advice on tax law, please contact a tax advisor you trust.
Another very important topic for all sales partners and customers:
If you recommend CannerGrow other interested parties, make sure to do so carefully and with a clear conscience.
All data is in the back office, contact our sales manager or your sponsors.
If we notice that wrong things are being conveyed or promised to potential customers or customers, we reserve the right to withdraw the marketing / advertising function in the back office and you would therefore no longer be able to recommend CannerGrow via your link!
We are not an investment company, we just sell plants with our grow service.
A plant is a “living being” and the approximate harvest forecasts can be found in the back office.
We work with over 10 construction companies, with such a huge project there can always be delays before the start of the grow.
We do not offer discounts, the prices are final as they are in the back office, if someone offers you discounts, this is not true.
If you see / know people who advertise incorrectly, please report this to us in our support.
If you have any questions, please also contact the support - we are always there for you and try to answer you as soon as possible! Please note, however, that you should first read the business presentation, watch the explanation videos and then contact your sponsor, because this way we can always keep the response time as short as possible in our support.

Important CannerGrow Information – October 2020

we can inform you that, as recently announced , the construction work in the basement has started!
As soon as the Bravo room has been successfully harvested shortly (1.5 - 2 weeks), the construction work will also begin here.
The entire conversion work for Alpha, Bravo and the mother room (as well as in the corridor) should be done in about 5-6 weeks.
Important information:
The visitor appointments (except for the appointments which have already been booked) for the next 5-6 weeks during the construction work are only possible on Saturdays from now on. However, we have increased the number per appointment from 6 to 8 people.

3. Me and my team would like more information and more updates from CannerGrow - why have there been fewer updates lately than usual?
We are currently in the planning phase for the upper floor - unfortunately we can’t publish new information or updates here.
We would like to give you new updates every day, but unfortunately we have to keep a lot of information secret in order to protect you and ourselves with this project and therefore do not publish any construction plans etc.

All unsere Growräume sind seit drei Tagen erfolgreich in Betrieb

Liebe Cannerald & CannerGrow Community, 🌱
endlich ist es soweit!
Seit 3 Tagen sind nun alle Räume erfolgreich in Betrieb und alle Pflanzen sind munter am wachsen und entfalten ihr Potenzial.
Wir sind sehr stolz darauf dies trotz den ganzen Corona Maßnahmen und Einschränkungen geschafft zu haben und stärker als je zuvor dazustehen.
Im Hinblick dessen wollen wir nun so schnell es geht die GMP Lizenz in Eurem als auch in unserem Interesse für das Untergeschoss fertigstellen, hierbei müssen noch folgende Räume umgebaut werden:
Alpha
Bravo
Mutterraum
Dies würden wir nach dem jetzigen Grow von Alpha und Bravo umsetzen, somit könnten wir mit maximaler Geschwindigkeit die GMP Lizenz für die gesamten unteren Räumlichkeiten erhalten - welche aktuell schon seit längerer Zeit in Auftrag ist.
Wie beeinträchtigen mich die Umbaumaßnahmen von Alpha und Bravo als Besitzer von Pflanzen in diesen Räumen?
Nach den jetzigen Grows von Alpha und Bravo, werden die Grows in diesen beiden Räumen für ca. 4-6 Wochen pausiert - da hierbei Umbauarbeiten in den Räumen, wie auch außen stattfinden werden.
Anschließend wird direkt wieder angepflanzt und es geht wie gewohnt weiter!
Nebenbei laufen natürlich weiter die ganzen GMP Vorbereitungen, hierzu werden unter anderem aktuell jegliche SOPs geschrieben um so schnell als möglich den Antrag zu stellen.
